Kings Bay Kids

Mission Statement

We view ministry to kids as so much more than childcare for parents while they go to church; Kings Bay Kids is a ministry in itself! Kings Bay Kids is an exciting ministry designed to help even the littlest members of the family understand God's love for them! Using multi- media presentation, upbeat music, and humorous stories and skits our goal is to see your children gain genuine excitement about the Bible that will last a lifetime! We love being a part of what God is doing in the hearts of our children. When children come to Kings Bay Kidz, we believe children learn who God really is and embrace biblical truths in their hearts; the stage will be set for Him to work in them for the rest of their lives. Our hope is that our ministry to God's kids will help shape God-centered children who know and respond to Jesus Christ, ultimately growing into global servants in a way that glorifies Him and builds His kingdom.

Outreach in community

Kings Bay Kids is very active in the Citrus County Public Schools. They facilitate and teach the Good News Club. The Good News Club is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship in which trained teachers meet with groups of children in schools, homes, community centers, churches, apartment complexes, just about anywhere the children can easily and safely meet with their parent’s permission. Each week the teacher presents an exciting Bible lesson using colorful materials from CEF Press. This action-packed time also includes songs, Scripture memory, a mission’s story and review games or other activities focused on the lesson’s theme.
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
–Matthew 19:14
